CHOOSING THE RIGHT AGENT TO REPRESENT YOU

Did you know there are over 35,000 licensed agents legally able to represent buyers/sellers in NYC on their transactions? Choosing the right agent can be confusing, however I wanted to convey how working with me makes a difference:

1) I'm backed by ELEGRAN:

We are a collective of young, tech-savvy people, with the entrepreneurial courage to offer a modern approach in an old industry. Through our proprietary platform, Elegran is changing the way sales agents generate and close business.

Awarded most innovative Brokerage in 2017, Elegran does business in the 21st Century! Utilizing the power of the internet's reach, google searches, and mailers that never get "returned to sender".  Unlike the old-fashioned brokerages that have dominated NYC because there was no other choice, Elegran is efficient in it's steps to value properties, represent buyers, and secure transactions for both parties.

2) I'm a Full-time Agent AND an Associate Broker

As full-time agent I’ve made it my business to view and analyze every new development condo launching in Long Island City plus attend over 50 hours of continuing education, industry classes, and seminars on residential real estate. There is a plethora of part-time agents, who hold regular 9-5 jobs and practice, "on the side". Let me guess, you too have thought about getting your Real Estate license and selling properties, “on the side”? The difference is that those part-time agents are never fully vested in the industry, the news, nor have the experience to get you to closing.

In addition to having my feet on the ground and being knowledgable in the sexy new inventory in Astoria/Long Island City, I pride myself in personally ensure the selling or buying process is seamless and professional. I will go above and beyond to throughly do my homework, aligning myself with the best and affordable network of relevant professionals, and get you in front of on/off market residential property.

As of March 2020, I’ve passed tot DOS guidelines and earned the title of Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. A real estate broker is someone who has taken education beyond the agent level as required by state laws and passed a broker’s license exam. Similar to real estate agent exams, each state sets its own broker education and exam requirements. The extra coursework covers topics such as ethics, contracts, taxes, and insurance—at a more in-depth level than what’s taught in a real estate agent pre-licensing course. Prospective brokers also learn about real estate legal issues and how the law applies to operating a brokerage, real estate investments, construction, and property management.

Check Out my latest recommendations from my clients on LinkedIn, Zillow, Facebook, and Yelp.

3) I'm a local.

Residing in Lenox Hill, and only a quick subway ride away. I live here, work here, and play here. I'm always discovering new neighborhood gems, aligning with local businesses, and connecting with other residents to really understand the dynamic of a neighborhood. If you're relocating, investing from a far, or renting short-term, you'll want to get my insight first hand.

Currently pursuing a certificate in Real Estate Analysis at Fordham University, Lincoln Center, my thirst to know more and do more is insatiable.
